Конституционалист: След тези избори ще има нов многомандатен район и депутати от чужбина
Според Киселова oще поне четирима ще бъдат народните представители, избрани от вота зад граница
„Рекордно много секции ще имаме извън страната в сравнение с предишни години. Очакваме след тези избори да се създаде 32 избирателен район. Това предвижда и Изборният кодекс на база преброяването. Проблемът е, че не се предвижда колко ще са мандатите в този нов район“.
Това обясни в „Лице в лице“ конституционалистът доц. Наталия Киселова.
Според законодателството минималният брой на мандатите във всеки район трябва да е четири.
Киселова посочи, че сега се очаква поне четирима депутати да се избират от чужбина, но е възможно броят им да е повече. Конституционалистът добави, че въпросът ще породи напрежение.
Българите зад граница ще могат да гласуват на 2 октомври в поне 734 секции в 61 държави.
