170 изгониха депутата от Суджукгейт от парламента
Парламентът прекрати правомощията на народния представител от ГЕРБ Живко Мартинов, който подаде оставка заради Суджукгейт.
„За“ напускането му на парламента гласуваха 170 народни представители, трима бяха против, а седем се въздържаха.
Мартинов първо се отказа сам от имунитета си, след като на 21 юли главният прокурор Сотир Цацаров внесе в Народното събрание искане за това. На народния представител ще бъдат повдигнати 5 обвинения – за изнудване, принуда, опит за лично укривателство, принуда спрямо орган на властта да извърши действие по служба и принуда по отношение на физическо лице, уточни вчера говорителят на обвинител № 1 Румяна Арнаудова.
За оставката на Мартинов съобщи първо в Добрич председателят на парламентарната група на ГЕРБ Цветан Цветанов. Той определи действията на Мартинов с думите: Всеки прави грешки в живота си.
Предстои Изпълнителната комисия на партията да реши дали Живко Мартинов ще бъде изключен от ГЕРБ. партията.
