Условна присъда и глоба за столичното ченге, вилняло в заведение в Хисаря
Условна присъда и глоба от 2000 лв. получи столичния полицай, който в края на януари вилня в заведение в Хисаря и посегна на униформени. Идентично е и наказанието за жената, която е била с него. Двамата са сключили споразумение, одобрено от Районния съд, за 1 година затвор с изпитателен срок от три години.
31-годишният полицай и жената са признати за виновни за това, че на 23 януари са причинили леки телесни повреди на трима – двама служители на реда и клиент на заведението. Не се подчинили на разпорежданията на униформените, оказали съпротива при задържането и им нанесли леки телесни повреди.
Столичното ченге е признато за виновно и за това, че на същата дата и място е държал малко количество марихуана, както и пистолет „Макаров“ и 8 бойни патрона, без да вземе необходимите мерки за сигурност.
