Британец и българка жалят присъди за измама на шотландец с над 16 000 лева
Делото ще се гледа в Окръжния съд във Велико Търново
С присъда от 21 ноември 2017 г.Районният съд във Велико Търново е признал подсъдимите Антъни П., британски гражданин, и Силвия С. за виновни в това, че са измамили шотландец.
Деянието е извършено през периода от ноември до декември 2016 г. в с. Лозен и гр. Единбург, Шотландия. Двамата съучастници публикували обява в интернет сайт и чрез кореспонденция по имейл заблудили шотландския гражданин Н. Е. /65 г./, че предлагат за продажба апартамент във Варна и след заплащане на парична сума от общо 8500 евро, той ще стане собственик на имота.
С това му причинили имотна вреда в общ размер 16 567 лв., които били преведени на четири пъти от Н. Е. по посочени от Силвия С. и Антъни П. банкови сметки. Великотърновски районен съд е наложил на всеки един от тях наказание една година условно с 3-годишен изпитателен срок.
Силвия С. и Антъни П. са осъдени да заплатят солидарно на гражданския ищец Н. Е. сумата от 16 567 лв., представляваща имуществени вреди в резултат на извършеното престъпление, заедно с лихвата от датата на увреждането до окончателното изплащане на сумата, както и 1000 лв. разноски по делото за упълномощаване на повереник.
Делото в Окръжния съд във Велико Търново е образувано въз основа на въззивни жалби от подсъдимите и пострадалото лице.
