Красимир Конов е новият окръжен прокурор на Варна. Той беше избран от Прокурорската колегия с 9 гласа, а опонентът му Радослав Лазаров получи два.
И двамата в момента са заместник-окръжни прокурори на Варна като изпълняват и функциите на административни ръководители – Лазаров на ОП-Варна (от 13 август 2018 г.), а Конов на районната прокуратура (от 28 септември 2017 г., над две години).
Дебат по кандидатурите на двамата почти нямаше. Огнян Дамянов заяви, че ще подкрепи Красимир Конов. „Повече от две години ръководи районната прокуратура във Варна, която беше доста проблематична по различни причини. Под неговото ръководство се върна нормалността в отношенията между районна, окръжната и апелативната прокуратура във Варна, които бяха силно нарушени. Той доведе до подобряване на работата на районната прокуратура, притежава и административен капацитет, за да ръководи ОП-Варна“, каза Дамянов.
Той цитира и кадровата справка на Красимир Конов, според която за година и половина е бил командирован и в апелативната прокуратура в града. Вследствие на това Конов познава не само колегите си, но и проблемите и на трите прокуратури във Варна. „Без затруднения ще влезе с летящ старт в окръжната прокуратура във Варна. Той има желание да разреши всички проблеми“, каза Дамянов.
Даниела Машева на свой ред заяви, че ще подкрепи Радослав Лазаров, защото той притежава административен, организационен и управленски опит. Машева наблегна на факта, че повече от година Лазаров е и.ф. ръководител на ОП-Варна и има ясна визия за управление на тази прокуратура.
В крайна сметка, с 9 на 2 гласа Прокурорската колегия предпочете Красимир Конов за шеф на ОП-Варна. Така след повече от две години временно ръководство на районната прокуратура, той ще поеме окръжната.
Предишният състав на Прокурорската колегия стартира процедурата за избор на административен ръководител на РП-Варна. Това стана на 7 септември 2017 г. През октомври същата година се появиха и петима кандидати, които внесоха и концепциите за управление на прокуратурата. Прокурорската колегия все още не е насрочила дата за изслушването на кандидатите. А през това време един вече се отказа и останаха четирима.
Преди почти три години около районната прокуратура във Варна се разшумя, след като от държавното обвинение съобщиха, че тогавашният ръководител Цветанка Гетова и нейната заместничка Милена Даскалова са „хванати“ да пият в работно време.
На 13 март 2017 г. около 13.30 ч. Гетова и Даскалова напуснали работните си места и отишли в заведение. Даскалова нямала време на обядва през обедната почивка, защото имала служебен ангажимент, а Гетова искала да почерпи, защото щяла да става баба. Прокурорките седнали на маса и започнали да поръчват салати, основно ястие и алкохол – шест ракии, две бири и две уискита, като половината ракии не били за тях.
Някой обаче подал сигнал срещу двете, че в работно време пият алкохол. Проверка на място, разпоредена от апелативния прокурор на Варна, потвърдила сигнала, но въпреки че на място отишли обвинители, Гетова и Даскалова останали в заведението до 20 ч.
Впоследствие по предложение на главния прокурор колегията ги освободи от ръководна длъжност, защото са нарушили правилата за трудовата дисциплина и етичния кодекс, а с поведението си са уронили престижа на съдебната власт. Върховният административен съд потвърди наказанията, но прие, че има само нарушение на трудовата дисциплина.

Според Вас лобирането за Гешев етично ли е. Просто му трябваше човек, който е вътре в нещата, а и са от една кръвна група. И може да наблюдавате някое от заседанията на ВСС. Да видите как етично си изпуска нервите.
Една корекцийка. Няма лобиране, има налагане. Гешев е много по-опасен от Цацаров, защото е необуздан и със съмнителни правни познания.
И двамата кандидати са с богат опит. Защо ли избраха точно този. Като че ли има известна доза субективизъм.
А, ако беше другият кандидат, пак ли така щяхте да мислите?
Лазаров сигурно е човек на Панов, щом само два гласа е получил…
Щом прокурорската колегия е гласувала почти единодушно значи е правилният човек. Те така гласуваха и за Гешев.
Който изведнъж в последният момент се кандидатира и видиш ли те го приеха с отворени обятия. Па плеснаха с ръце и се прегърнаха!
Поредният наш човек. Гешев си сложи своите хора навсякъде.
И откъде си правите такива заключения? Човекът е доказан професионалист.
Да, за разлика от Гешев, който води едно дело от 4-5 години.

Това не му пречи да е човек на някой. А за Гешев си беше ясно, че ще се окопае с негови хора.
