Осъдиха условно двама за купуване на гласове във Варна
Районният съд във Варна осъди двама за купуване на гласове в полза на кандидат-депутат по време на предизборната кампания през 2017 г.
38-годишният Васил Василев и 33-годипната Пауна Станева се признаха за виновни и сключиха споразумение с Районната прокуратура в морската столица. Съдът одобри споразумението, с което наложи условни присъди на двамата – по 4 месеца затвор с 3-годишен изпитателен срок. Двамата ще трябва да покрият и разноските по делото, които са в размер на близо 400 лв.
Василев и Станева се отказаха делото срещу тях да се разглежда по общия ред, декларирайки, че са съгласни да сключат споразумение.
Мъжът признал, че по време на предизборната кампания през март 2017 г. е предложил по 30 лева на 18 избиратели от Белослав и Велико Търново с цел да ги склони да упражнят избирателни си права в полза на определен кандидат.
Пауна Станева пък признала, че е предложила по 30 лева на 38 избиратели от Белослав, за да ги стимулира да гласуват за същия кандидат.
По този начин кандидатът спечелил преференциалния вот, обясняват от държавното обвинение.
